Now go to FO world and see how everything is fucked up, do you think people mind cleaning up? They don't because they're all used to living like that and eveything people cares about is survival, not wearing some fancy pants and cleaning up their bedrooms. The poorer they are, the less they care about how clean their homes are, because all they care about is survival, us who can afford a better living do care about keeipng our neighborhoods clean and well kept and as an example a stench raises an alamr in our areas, but go to "the hoods" and you'll see people caring a damn about the dead dog next to their entrance, the dirt, their faces all covered in mud, they simply don't care. If you come to Mexico you can see some places where you can walk freely and enjoying the place, but just go somwhere far from "tourist areas" and youll see a lot of people lives and how they don't give a damn.
I live in a third world country (no matter what people tell you, it is) so many of us here get to see the difference between clean well kept place/house/hood and one where people don't give a damn about shit, stench, falling walls, dirt and even (animal) corpses.
